04/04Flipkart Gift Cards (also known as e-Gift Vouchers or EGVs) are issued by Pine Labs Limited, an authorised entity under the regulations of the Reserve Bank of India.
Flipkart Gift Cards can be redeemed only on the Flipkart website or mobile application against eligible products sold by sellers listed on the platform.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and neither can they be transferred to another user.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or similar prepaid instruments.
If the order value exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid through other available online payment methods on Flipkart.
If the order value is lower than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance will remain available on the same Gift Card for future purchases until expiry.
Flipkart Gift Cards are generally valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified.
The validity of Gift Cards cannot be extended, and new Gift Cards will not be issued against expired or unused vouchers.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, cancelled, refunded, or resold once issued.
Subject to applicable RBI guidelines on customer liability in unauthorised electronic payment transactions, Flipkart and Pine Labs Limited are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Gift Card codes.
A maximum number of Gift Cards may be combined in a single transaction on Flipkart, subject to platform limits.
Flipkart assumes no responsibility for the quality or delivery of products purchased using Gift Cards, as products are sold by independent sellers on the platform.
Bulk purchase programs for corporate customers may include special pricing or promotional discounts, which could vary from time to time.
The applicable discount may vary based on order size, business engagement, and ongoing promotional campaigns.
Flipkart reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or update offers and terms at its discretion without prior notice.
All purchases and redemptions of Flipkart Gift Cards are subject to Flipkart platform policies and applicable laws in India.
The terms and conditions imposed by Pine Labs Limited shall be deemed applicable on all the Flipkart Gift Cards issued by it under this construct, along with these Terms & Conditions as well. The Pine Labs Terms & Conditions for Flipkart Gift Cards may be accessed here.
The maximum value of a single Flipkart Gift Card cannot exceed INR 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) at any point in time.
The Gift Cards cannot be applied/utilised for Cash on Delivery orders.
